Why do you name your vehicles? Doesn't that make you more attached to them?

Well, Notorious, I got the idea of naming Dolores 8 years ago when I first got her - from a college friend who also named her car. It seemed like a fun thing to do. It was as simple as that. Now, does it make you more attached to them? I don't think so. I think you become attached to your car no matter what - especially if you've had it for several years.
